At Held By Water Psychotherapy, I offer trauma-informed counselling and psychotherapy services for individuals and couples in Anglesea and the Surf Coast, as well as online across Australia.

Therapy Fees

• Individual therapy sessions: $168 for 60 minutes

• Couples therapy sessions: $272 for 90 minutes

Payment is required on the day of your appointment via bank transfer. Payment details will be provided upon booking. If you have private health insurance with a provider like BUPA, you may be eligible for counselling rebates—please check directly with your fund to confirm your coverage.

These fees reflect the depth and quality of the work offered, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Schema Therapy, and Systemic Family Therapy.

Cancellation Policy

Held By Water Psychotherapy has a clear and respectful cancellation policy in place to support both clients and therapist. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows time to offer the session to others who may be waiting for an appointment.

For late cancellations, late rescheduling, or non-attendance, the full session fee will be charged on the day of the scheduled session. Future appointments cannot be booked until outstanding payments are received.

There is no penalty for rescheduling or cancelling with more than 24 hours’ notice. I understand that unexpected events can arise, and I aim to approach this policy with fairness and compassion.
