A space to understand yourself more deeply

Individual counselling is a space to slow down, reconnect, and begin making sense of what you’re moving through.

You might arrive feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in patterns that are hard to shift. Sometimes there aren’t clear words yet — just a sense that something isn’t quite right, or that another way might be possible.

What brings people

People seek therapy for many different reasons, including:

  • Anxiety, stress, or feeling overwhelmed

  • Low mood or a sense of disconnection

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Life transitions or uncertainty

  • Repeating patterns that feel hard to shift

  • A desire to better understand themselves

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting.

Therapy can be a place to begin making sense of things.

Therapy can support you to

  • Understand patterns that keep you feeling stuck

  • Develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself

  • Navigate relationships with greater clarity and intention

  • Feel more grounded and connected in your life

  • Move toward meaningful and sustainable change

How I work

My approach is relational, systemic, and grounded in curiosity.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we explore the patterns, experiences, and relationships that shape how you think, feel, and respond. This might include looking at early experiences, family dynamics, and the ways you’ve learned to adapt over time.

I also draw on approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), schema therapy, and somatic awareness. This allows us to work not just with thoughts, but with emotions, patterns, and different parts of your experience.

Therapy is collaborative. You are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support you in understanding what’s happening and exploring new ways forward.
